Because every piece is handmade and unique, all sales are final and I'm unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Delivery & Rates
All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Lost or Missing Packages
Once your order is with USPS, I am not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages. Please double check your shipping address at checkout, and contact USPS directly about any tracking issues.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or you received the wrong item, email me at mudwithloveceramics@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so I can make it right.
