Order Support
If you have any issues or need help with your order, please reach out to me at mudwithloveceramics@gmail.com and I'll be happy to help.

Handmade Variations
Every Mud with Love piece is handmade from start to finish, so small variations in color, size, glaze, and shape are part of the charm. No two pieces are exactly alike, and that's what makes yours special!

Product Photos
Every photo is taken by me and all designs and content are my own, never AI generated. I do my best to photograph each piece accurately, but colors may look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting.

Processing Time
Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Custom Orders
Custom orders are personalized and created just for you, so timelines and pricing will be discussed before work begins. Because each custom piece is fully unique, these orders are final sale and may vary slightly from any sketches or examples.

Use & Care
All pieces are food safe and dishwasher and microwave safe unless noted otherwise. Handwashing is recommended to help your piece last. Use all items with care and caution.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due in full at checkout. Prices and availability may change at any time without notice.

Use of Content
All photos, designs, and content on this site belong to Mud with Love and may not be copied or used without permission.
